We help law firms and other organisations to:

• Improve performance through building emotionally aware and productive team environments
• Create supportive environments for in house legal professionals
• Invest in their people through coaching and career support

As lawyers and professionals we are taught to work with and apply rules and regulations to facts. That is what we are valued for.

The main tool a law firm has is its people yet very little is done to create environments for those people to thrive and as such there is huge inefficiency at great cost.

Insights from neuroscience have shown us that we are more than just our thoughts. We have a total intelligence system which informs all our behaviours. Just concentrating on a rational approach misses a vital aspect of human behaviour which is critical to successful change and growth of individuals and organisations.

The role of emotions in our individual and collective success or failure is often overlooked to the detriment of those who ignore it.

Spending money on training and development is fruitless if there is no real understanding of how to get the best out of people and there will be no real change.

With chargeable hours, fixed fees and other financial arrangements being a driving force behind perceived success, is it not time to make sure that leadership development also brings a return on investment. Law firms that do not embrace this new learning around human performance will just continue to tick boxes whilst the people they are responsible for will remain unproductive or worse they will burnout, fall ill and leave.
