Executive coaching for lawyers and professionals who want to excel whilst maintaining their identity. This can be especially valuable at points of change such as becoming a trainee or being promoted to a new role.

We use our own coaching model, which combines traditional approaches to coaching with new thinking based on neuroscientific insights. Personal change is not a rational process and applying the legal mindset to personal change does not work. There needs to be emotional discovery and connection to enable us to commit to doing things differently. This is why our coaching model starts with a process of establishing emotional connection and safety before moving onto more rational fact finding and action planning. If you don’t feel differently after coaching, the change will not last. You have to understand yourself first.

Our coaching technique ensures that the whole total intelligence system of an individual is accessed through the coaching process by engaging the body and the mind.

We help lawyers and other professionals to manage themselves within their career which benefits them, their colleagues and the organisations they work for as they will naturally become more productive.

It is easy to get lost in work and stop focusing on personal need and what is important. This can lead to a loss of identity, being busy but not productive and ultimately overwhelm and ill health.

We know that becoming a legal professional is a hard, long journey with many bumps along the way. There are of course great rewards as well as great sacrifices. The ultimate sacrifice is a person losing themselves in the journey and letting life slip by whilst they manage a busy schedule.

With the right guidance, advice and action, individuals can make their career work for them, be the person they want to be and be more productive at work.

Without taking action, people stay stuck…. for as long as their body can sustain it.

What our clients say.

Loved the trainer! Loved the venue! What I liked about the course content is that we had the ability to structure this ourselves as opposed to this being led by the trainer. Clive was engaging and didn’t give you the answers, which pushed people out of their comfort zone to get others to think about their management approaches and how this can be perceived. I’ve definitely come away with some ideas on how to move my organisation forward. I will be recommending this course to my colleagues without a doubt.
